Our Project Managers primary goal is customer satisfaction. As the project manager it is necessary to have a clear understanding of the process that the customer is proposing. With cradle to grave responsibility, our Project Managers evaluate the process requirements, estimate costs, develop detailed schedules and manage the program through sign-off & training.

The OCC team that is developed by the Project Manager has the responsibility to implement the process using clear communication and accountability to deal with key issues that arise during the program. Detailed schedules are developed and are used to meet critical deadlines while evaluating customers input and desires to provide the most efficient an cost effective process solutions.
